Pig noises broadcasting over police radios near Wellington

Someone has decided to start trolling the New Zealand Police.
This someone has been broadcasting pig grunts, songs, poems and has even been heard singing over the police radio channels.
Police are unsure of who is doing this but think the person may have a stolen police radio system.
A portable police radio went missing in Ohakune in 2016.
Some report that they’ve heard a man singing “Old McDonald had a farm” with added pig sounds during the song.
Police can’t confirm if the person behind this is using a police radio or is simply broadcasting into the police channels.
Either way, we know for sure that this person is doing it on purpose and isn’t accidentally broadcasting piggy sounds to the police.
Sometimes the pig grunts can go on for minutes.
Although someone is obviously having a giggle to themselves while doing this, they should know that they could be in some trouble if caught!
Penalties could include up to a year in prison for criminal nuisance.
